Sunday: Lots of snow!
When we got home from church snow was falling fast and already sticking. We were so excited!
It was fun watching it out the window.
Thomas ordained Samuel to the office of deacon. And Samuel got his first recommend to go to the temple.
Monday: Sledding!
We spent the morning snow tubing and sledding down the hills around our yard. It was beautiful to see all the snow and super fun to have a family fun day with Thomas before he leaves for college.
Tuesday: Temple and Museum Trip
We spent the day in Raleigh attending the temple and going to a free science museum. It was fun to have a last field trip with Thomas.
Friday: More Snow!!
We got 4-5″ of snow on Friday. It was so fun! We’ve only gotten a dusting the past 2 years. The news said it’s been 1077 days since we’ve gotten an inch or more. So we were super excited. So fun to stay home the whole weekend and enjoy it. Everything closed down, including church, and it’s scary trying to get out of our driveway anyway, so I wouldn’t have tried it even if there were activities to go to.
