Samuel turns 12!
He had a great day reading, playing with siblings, eating pie and ice cream, and having Maddie call and read to him. Samuel is an easy going kid who never talks back, will do anything I ask, and gets along with everyone.
Trunk or Treat
Wednesday we went to our church’s trunk or treat then Thursday we went to Lori’s to celebrate Halloween with her.
Halloween in Charlotte
I love our rural trick or treating, but this year I felt we should celebrate with Lori and was in the mood for a city Halloween. It was so fun trick or treating in a real neighborhood. Talea didn’t even know what that was like. We had a great time! Then we dumped out bags of candy at Lori’s apartment and watched a fun Hallmark Halloween movie with her. Before we went trick or treating though, we played at a park while Lori was at work.
