Kaitlyn Got Silkies!
For Kaitlyn’s birthday present I ordered her some silkie chicks from a local farm. They put some in the incubator and this week we got to go pick them up! Kaitlyn was so excited. She has wanted silkies for a very long time.
My Birthday
I didn’t get any pictures of my birthday brownies, blowing out the candle, or opening presents, but I took plenty of the kids having a great day. The 3 boys worked on their obstacle course. The 3 girls climbed the cherry tree and picked cherries. I loved watching everyone so happy and relaxed. We ate white chicken chili for dinner outside, then brownies and ice cream. Then Kaitlyn played her guitar while she and 3 kids sang me a beautiful mother’s song. Everyone was so happy and and serene. It was a wonderful birthday.
Talea’s Ballet Recital
Talea got to do a ballet class for free from March until now. She loved it! She was the youngest in her class and she did great. She’s a natural ballerina. It was so fun watching her dance and be so happy about it.
