Real Food Books

real food books

In September 2017 I read “100 Days of Real Food” and it changed my life! I always tried to eat healthy but little did I know the way I was eating wasn’t entirely healthy. I thought eating a low fat diet and watching calories was a “healthy diet.” Read this book and you’ll be changed forever too! It is not a diet but a way of life. It’s simply choosing to eat real food instead of processed. Think foods that your great-grandma ate; foods that are in their natural state that you can pick, milk, gather, hunt or catch.

After Reading 100 Days of Real Food I was sold on eliminating processed foods and wanted to learn more. I read every book about real food in our library system just the few months following “100 Days of Real Food.”
