In Texas we weren’t required to register with the state that we were homeschooled which was really nice. When we moved to North Carolina, though, we were and had to have a name. One of the kids picked Holladay Academy. I don’t particularly love it but I had to write one down and it’s stuck so I’ve used it in Utah and Virginia too. We don’t use it around the house and I’m not even sure my younger kids know this is our name, but I figured it’s a good name for this page which contains a lot of posts about how we do our homeschool.
